19/10/2008 The
Committee of the ADBP Inc. would like to advise of a
change of venue
for the 2008 ADBP Arabian Show of the Year. Instead of the Sydney
International Equestrian Centre at Horsley Park, the show will now be held at
Horseworld Stadium at Maguire's Road, Maraylya.
At the time we were putting this show together, Horseworld was unavailable as El Caballa Blanco have been performing there for the past 18 months. However we have been advised this week that the venue will now be available in time for our show so we have made the decision to relocate. For those who may not have competed at Horseworld before, or for those that haven't been there for many years, we can reassure competitors that nearly all the same facilities are available ie. stabling, powered campsites, ringside day parking, as well as great working areas and the indoor stadium for our Finals Night.
We
feel this relocation is a great move for our first show and we hope it suits
our competitors as well. For those who have already entered the show, you
should have already been contacted to advise of the change. Please feel free
to
email our Secretary, Amy Geleedst, at info@arabianpromoters.com or phone on
0417 061 272
to discuss any problems or queries you may have. Of course for those who
haven't entered as yet, we remind you that the closing date for entries has
been
extended until Friday 31st October 2008.
Unfortunately in Australia over 160,000 unwanted pets are killed each year, and Pet Rescue is doing its bit to find loving new homes for wonderful puppies, kittens, dogs, cats and other animals that often end up in Rescue due to no fault of their own.
